How Long Does It Actually Take?
Not 'it depends.' Real timelines for real milestones — from first conversation to a working agent your team relies on. With the honest caveats.

Everyone asks how long it takes, and most vendors dodge with 'it depends.' It does depend — but not as much as you'd think. Here are the timelines we hold ourselves to.
Week 1: scope and first connection
By the end of the first week we've agreed on the problem worth solving and connected to the one data source that answers it. No six-month discovery phase. The point is to feel progress fast.
Weeks 2–4: a working prototype
Inside a month you have an agent answering real questions against your real data, tested on cases your team brings. It won't be perfect yet — but it'll be undeniably useful, and that's what earns the room to keep going.
Weeks 5–12: hardening and handoff
- Add guardrails, permissions, and an audit trail so it's safe to trust.
- Tune on the edge cases that only show up once people use it daily.
- Train your team and document everything, so you're never dependent on us to keep it running.
The honest caveat: messy or scattered data can add a week or two up front. We'd rather tell you that on day one than surprise you in month two.
