Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains what information Naytech collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and to understand how the site is used.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Quote requests. When you submit our quote form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and a description of your project — so we can reply.
- Usage analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects standard, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, not stored by us), and device and browser type. We do not use this to identify you personally.
We do not run advertising or social-media tracking, and we never sell or rent your personal data.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and communicate with you about your project. Submissions are delivered to us by email through our provider, Resend.
- To understand and improve how the site is used — only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- To keep the site secure, including bot protection on the quote form.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary (always active). Cloudflare Turnstile sets a short-lived cookie to tell humans from bots when you submit the quote form. We also store a small cookie that records your cookie choice so we don't ask again on every visit (about one year).
Analytics (off until you accept). Google Analytics 4 sets _ga cookies to measure usage. We load it with Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics cookies are set and no identifiable data is collected until you accept the Analytics category in our cookie banner.
Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, which re-opens the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us operate the site, and only as needed:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on the quote form.
- Resend — delivery of quote-request emails to us.
- Google— Analytics, used only with your consent. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
We keep quote-request emails for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for our records, then delete them. The cookie that stores your consent choice expires after about one year. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or opt out of analytics. Email hello@nay-tech.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above.
